The second Workshop was a very big success! On Saturday, January 31st and Sunday, February 1st, 2026, Our Dance Studio was filled with dancers, some coming from Piemonte, studying ballet with M° Alessandra Giovana and dancehall with M° Alice Del Soldà.
The talk with Valentina Rossi, founder of “AutOfHome”, was also particularly appreciated by the students’ and families. Valentina has speak about sensitive topic of autism and disability in general, emphasizing the importance of making young people feel supported, not judged, thanks to educational and meeting places like Our Dance Studio, where young people are welcomed and valued for the beauty of their differences, rather than rejected or excluded because of them.
“It was a pleasure to be with you. I had no doubts because I’ve known Gaia all my life, and so her school could only reflect her beautiful way of being in the world, which is the philosophy that unites us.” These were the words of M° Alessandra Giovana at the end of the workshop. Words of affection and gratitude that recount a bond of friendship and love, born and built thanks to dance and the shared way of experiencing it and bringing it to young people.
Thanks to the extraordinary teachers of this second event, Alessandra and Alice; thanks to Valentina, for her testimony that opened our eyes and hearts; and thanks to the students and families who follow us with enthusiasm and trust… Our Dance Studio is all of us!
